Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
¦Working one-on-one with customers to determine vehicle needs.
¦Assist members of your team to be successful.
¦Staying knowledgeable on all vehicle features and accessories including new arrivals.
¦Creating sales leads through in-bound calls, walk-ins, internet prospects, etc.
¦Maintaining strong customer follow-up to ensure repeat business and referrals.
¦Introducing customers to service staff and service process.
¦Prospecting for new customers.
¦Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
¦Work closely with all other departments.
¦Ongoing training.
Qualifications:
¦Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
¦Applicants must have the value of honesty and integrity.
¦A current, valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record is required.
¦This position requires the ability to walk and stand for long periods of time in all types of weather.
This position is a part-time position working up to 30 hours per week. Pay will be based on hourly wage plus bonus structure. Flexible schedule to include days, evenings and Saturdays. Come be a part of our team
