It all begins with you.The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI's focus is on delivering the next generation of payments and deposit capabilities and advancing our digital and online offerings to design new customer experiences and products. Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.This position is responsible for planning, writing, editing, coordinating and publishing a variety of complex and/or sensitive communications related to business customer, compliance, operational/technical, or legal communications or other communications outside of the scope of the Corporate Communications functions. This position will consult with managers to develop communication goals, objectives and plan to best communicate management’s position or message.In addition they will:

Identify communication opportunities and the design/medium/channels for execution.

Provide guidance to less experienced consultants.

Take on 'one off' or special projects as needed.

Be 'back-up' for other communications consultants on the team.

Hired candidate will be based in one of the following three locations: Princeton, Charlotte, on Minneapolis. Other locations will be considered on a exception basis.Required Qualifications:

6+ years of communications experience

Desired Qualifications:

Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Experience with communication planning and execution

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
