TITLE: Business Project Manager

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid, in office 2x/week)

Looking for a Business Project Manager that can be a split between 2 large projects at our client. In this role you will work with business stakeholders to coordinate and manage work efforts related to organizational change management, communications, traninigs and more. In this role you will work with a Technology PM and to=gether collaborate to drive results.

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business PM
  • Experience working both with business and IT Teams
  • Experience working with financial companies or finance, tax
  • Ability to schedule meetings, make sure decisions get made and deliverables are met as well as documentation
  • Ability to catch on quickly to things you may not be fully comfortable/confident in
  • Ability to work with a lot of different teams within different departments to ensure work is completed
  • Work with risk/compliance and run risk evaluations
