As a Senior Clinical Administrative Coordinator , you’ll also be the “go - to” resource for information. The flexibility to work evening hours will also be required.This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00am – 4:00pm. Managing the team’s goals, Turn Around Time (TAT) for each report or project

Understanding and providing report analysis, observations, personal communication, email, and delivery of team training

You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

2+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems

Previous experience working with CSP Facets. ICUE and CareOne

Previous experience working with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (create, edit, save and send documents)

Must have a quiet secure designated work space and access to install secure high speed internet (minimum speed 1.5 download mps and 1 upload mps) via cable / DSL in home (NOTE: wireless / cell phone provider, satellite, microwave, etcdoes NOT meet this requirement)

Ability to work a full - time schedule between 7:00 - 4:00 with the potential for mandatory overtime after hours and weekends

If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener. When in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders

Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with Medicare and / or Medicaid Services

Working Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Knowledge of Prior - Authorizations within C&S
