If you're ready to make an impact, join our team to see Deloitte differently.The Customer & Marketing, Human Capital & Deloitte Digital Senior Strategic Marketing Leader serves as a trusted marketing advisor to business leaders and key stakeholders. In this role, you will oversee marketing strategy and planning for a portfolio of businesses and strategic offerings that focus on customer growth, the human experience, and workforce transformation. You will define and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that support taking these business priorities to market. You'll help build specific programs that utilize innovative, go-to-market tools and approaches, leveraging the full capabilities of the firm to maximize reach and impact the market.The TeamDeloitte's Marketing Excellence team provides value to the U.S. Firms by differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving Deloitte's business priorities forward, innovating new marketing solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. We develop cutting-edge marketing plans, creative assets, and unique experiences that engage our clients; deliver on the strategy of our businesses in the marketplace; and capture the hearts, minds, and loyalty of our clients.Responsibilities Include:Serve as marketing advisor to key stakeholders within the business; contribute to the articulation of value propositions, develop marketing objectives in support of key priorities, and serve as a strong connection point across businesses

In conjunction with the Business Chief Marketing Officer (BCMO) and business marketing leaders, develop, maintain, and drive prioritization of all marketing activities for specific areas of responsibility

Work with BCMO, business leads, and stakeholders to initiate and develop strategic marketing campaigns in support of priorities

Manage the overall portfolio of campaigns and activities to ensure proper prioritization and utilization of appropriate resources

Oversee the development of strategic briefs (business cases) for prioritized marketing campaigns; drive the approval process for campaigns with key leadership and engage a team of marketers to coordinate campaign activities

Engage Campaign Management to ensure effective execution of campaigns; oversee campaign delivery in conjunction with internal agency and external vendors

Manage the overall marketing calendar, including major campaigns, product/offering launches, major events, and core marketing maintenance activities for the business portfolio

Coordinate with internal and external communications leadership to ensure effective amplification of content and success in media coverage, when applicable

Plan and manage marketing budgets for campaigns in conjunction with Campaign Management

Develop metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success and facilitate agile approaches to optimization; report on growth metrics to the business in support of demand generation

Qualifications Include:15+ years of relevant corporate B2B marketing experience

Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing or a related business

Strong knowledge of Customer Strategy, Customer and/or Workforce Experience, Workforce Transformation

Deep understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come to life to yield measurable results; experience with sophisticated demand generation strategies and campaigns required

An innovative mindset that can think strategically with a willingness to execute tactically

Strong organizational skills and project management skills - with ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities with aggressive due dates and quick turn-around times

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective storytelling, presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a matrixed organization with a cross-functional, virtual team; experience in large corporate settings and/or professional services a plus

Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while possessing a high level of comfort with ambiguity

Experience with advanced analytics and using campaign data and sales data to determine priorities and measure effectiveness

Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint are a plus)

Travel of up to 15% (While 15% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Other qualifications:Experience marketing Customer & Workforce Strategy and Transformation offerings a plus

Experience in B2B professional services marketing also beneficial

Familiarity with cloud, AI and other technologies are a plus
