  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and help manage project resources
  • Comfortable with the development of reports and presenting to management Ability to work collaboratively and productively both with diverse teams and independently
  • Soft skills and experience working with teams who may not have any understanding of inclusive design or accessibility
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from others

Skills/attributes preferred:



  • Experience managing operations and projects within a digital accessibility team, and collaborating on multiple projects with shared resources in a matrixed environment.

salary: $61.50 - 76.88 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:


  • Establish and coordinate projects that will meet objectives for the practice.
  • Define and manage schedule, budget, and resources as well as tracking and reporting against plan for a mid-sized team.
  • Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g. labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources.
  • Work with stakeholders to establish/apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods.
  • Identify and forecast variances and trends to ensure that project schedules and resource requirements are met.
  • Develop, communicate and implement issue management plans and strategies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of operations, goals, and policies and procedures of internal business partners in order to provide effective support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in an environment requiring flexibility, agility and the ability to adapt to change.
  • Seek feedback from stakeholders to determine overall success of projects.
  • Ensure performance is tracked accurately utilizing internal tools and processes (e.g., dashboards; scorecards; reports).
