RKCS is a prime government contractor providing IT Services to various state, local and federal agencies since 1998.

We are seeking a IT Project Manager skilled at managing multiple ongoing IT projects and ensure critical deliverables don’t fall behind established schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project scope
  • Create Project Charter, Timeline, etc.
  • Coordinating customer resources and activities
  • Monitor project schedule, facilitate meetings, track deliverables
  • Cost and budget management
  • Change request management
  • Schedule and timeline management
  • Execute rollout as planned
  • Manage the project within scope budget and schedule.

Deliverables:
  • Initiate, plan, execute customer’s real estate tax related projects on time
  • Risk Register, Issue Log, Decision Log
  • Status Report
  • Project Management Plan
  • Communication Plan

Location: Hybrid work, some onsite may be required initially, work from home majority of the time, work location is down town Minneapolis!

Duration: 12 months, contract (w-2, 1099, C2C)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience as an IT Project Manager managing multiple projects for government agencies.
  • 2 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong experience directly interacting with Project Sponsors, Stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and Development Team Members.
  • Experience identifying and managing project risks and issues
  • Experience with different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
  • PMP or equivalent certification!
