What is the specific title of the position? IT Project Manager Senior
PROJECT: M365 Modern Endpoint Management is a large-scale project within client that will be enhancing our endpoint management capabilities across our global organization. As part of the project, we will be migrating from Altiris to using Microsoft products such as Endpoint Configuration Manager and updating in-house automation tools. Candidate may also assist in project management activities for legacy tools as needed.
LOCATION: Expecting this person to be remote, but having them in the MN or CT area where they could eventually come in would be preferred but not required.
IDEAL BACKGROUND: Experience as a IT project manager in a larger organization would be ideal along with experience with hardware / software implementation projects.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
• Drive the implementation of software upgrades in the End User Technology space: Managing Scope, Schedule and Cost
• Manage and track the rollout and migration of end point protection across the client user base
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
What experience will set candidates apart from one another? A preferred candidate will have extensive experience working in a project management role supporting technical and software implementation projects.
Are you open to candidates that cannot convert to FTE without sponsorship? No.
TEAM STRUCTURE: 1-2 managers, 1 pm, 10-15 technical resources with mix of Optum staff from multiple teams and contract resources.

b. Video vs. phone? Likely phone with video if warranted
c. How technical will the interviews be? The interview will project management skills and exposure to technical projects
Where is the work to be performed? Remote worker
What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8am-5pm
What type of interview process is preferred? (Face to face, phone, Skype, or a combination of the three) Phone or Skype
