Lead Data Analyst
Target Enterprise, Inc. is seeking a full-time Lead Data Analyst at our offices in Minneapolis, MN. The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for researching data assets, applying various technologies to these assets and developing metrics, reports, and statistics. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management, or related field plus three (3) years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management or related field plus 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) working on data mining and audit analytics by conducting a series of data correlation tests; (2) assessing the completeness of the data through reconciliation process and series of data validation tests; (3) identifying and developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive excellence; (4) working with Diagnostic Analytics including performing survey analytics; and (5) utilizing the following tools and technologies: SQL, Excel, Tableau, Access, Oracle, SAS, Python. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master's program. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Minneapolis-area Target office, as directed.
