Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.As the front-line risk management organization for Wealth & Investment Management, WIM Control is accountable for the strategic development, management and oversight of the control environment across WIM’s business lines, implemented through partnership with business and corporate function leaders.The Private Wealth Management and Wealth Client Solutions Control team has a new opportunity for an Operational Risk Consultant (ORC). This Operational Risk Consultant will play a significant role in supporting incentive compensation and performance management requirements for the Private Wealth Management and Wealth Client Solutions business lines. This role will interact and work cross-functionally with team members throughout the Private Wealth Management and Wealth Client Solutions business lines and be responsible for influencing appropriate change management practices over compensation and performance policies, processes, and controls. Additionally, the Operational Risk Consultant will conduct risk based analysis of compensation and performance events.The Operational Risk Consultant may manage one to two Operational Risk Consultants.As a Team Member Manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically you will:

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.

6+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both; or 6+ years of IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience, of which 3+ years must include direct experience in compliance, operational risk management, or a combination of both
