Work Location: Hybrid model. MUST report into the office in Minneapolis, MN at least 2 days a week. Roles are no longer 100% remote.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares, creates and analyzes data and publishes reports for operations support and department performance metrics; analyzes trends and makes strategic and tactical recommendations to business managers for improving results
  • Develops complex ad hoc reports within the required deadlines
  • Establishes and develops process to ensure the timely gathering, analyzing, and reporting of accurate and comprehensive data
  • Analyzes existing reports and makes adjustments to enhance their functionality or to adapt to changing requirements
  • Resolves data inconsistencies or inaccuracies through subject matter and application knowledge, and collaboration with internal customers
  • Demonstrates the ability to analyze, identify and solve problems while using sound judgment. Able to implement solutions to address business issues. Knows who to involve and takes appropriate action
  • Is able to anticipate, understand and manage customer expectations and consistent delivery of services. Conveys information clearly and effectively to individuals or groups and has the ability to choose the appropriate method or methods of communication
  • Effectively organizes, plans, controls and prioritizes work/projects. Has the ability to regularly communicate progress to appropriate stake holders and also efficiently manages resources and understands work/project scope, key players, urgency, inherent risks and business benefits
  • Develops and maintains department procedures and communications. Manages record retention process within the department and ensures compliance for Borrower Communication Inventory. Stays current with regulations to ensure departmental practices comply with applicable regulations, laws and statutes
  • Acts as a point of contact for information requests from internal & external customers as well as a liaison between ECMC, SaaS clients, & servicers who have interest in the functions of the department
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3+ year experience in business processes/operations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors and/or advanced degree
  • 1+ years SQL Coding experience
  • 1+ years' experience & Broad knowledge of FFELP laws, regulations and requirements
  • 1+ years' experience & Intermediate knowledge and skills working in Microsoft Office
