Job Description: The Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of a product, serving as a liaison between the business and development team(s). In this role you will be the subject matter expert for your product(s), ensuring the voice of both the end user(s) and customers are represented. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback, industry and technology trends, and relevant data points to assess value and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. The Product Owner will be the voice of the customer soliciting input from stakeholders and customers to ensure their needs are met and the product is getting the direction and support it needs to be successful. In this role you will develop product requirements and prioritize the product backlog to lead projects to successful completion Day to Day -Understand customer needs and act as the voice of the customer . Create product vision and roadmap aligning the customer needs and company strategy to bring product to life. Set goals and KPIs, which reflect customer needs and the company strategy with the ultimate goal of quality. - Create, prioritize, and refine requirements and backlog according to product roadmap and customer needs. Ensure common understanding amongst team of requirement definitions. -Act as the final approver of product deliverables. Test development to confirm that it meets requirements and customer needs. Test product with end users to make sure it meets usability and accessibility standards. -Engage stakeholders to ensure common understanding of business and customer needs, product roadmap, and timeline. Work with stakeholders to provide effective change management to create a successful product delivery. - Participate in sprint meetings as dictated by program or team charter, which may include but are not limited to, sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and demonstrations to stakeholders. Project: Work on re introducing the web and mobile app. Manager notes from Qualification Call: -Has a good digital presence -Doing Agile Project work -Tracking the vision all the way to execution -Having Technical conversations with developers and other technical resources -Sign off on completion of requirements Tools: JIRA NICE TO HAVES: Any experience Managing web and mobile products Any experience managing sales force Ideal Candidate: The manager cares more about the personality and Drive of the individual more than their technical background Utility player-someone that can jump in and write user stories if needed Past experience working with Stakeholders, business leader and presenting to groups Team Structure 15-25 members consisting of : Scrum Master Function lead Functional analyst Developers
