Project Coordinator/Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for an opportunity with a client in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities:


  • Support an internal PM in the Martech & Digital space (a program consisting of 3 projects that are transitioning from discovery to execution)

  • Manage a large volume of scheduling of interviews between stakeholder groups and/or vendors, and capture key notes from those interviews

  • Execution for modernizing the Automation Platform


Requirements:


  • Must be excellent communicator

  • Organized

  • Able to exercise good judgement to support note-taking and escalations
