IntroductionAs a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesThe SAP Integrated Business Planning(IBP) Sr. Managing Consultant will be responsible for implementation SAP IBP solution. The consultant will independently lead implementation of IBP S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning process and solution. The consultant will lead the team and coordinate with other teams for successful delivery of integrated solutions. The candidate will have experience in business process expertise of S&OP, Demand Planning and Supply Planning process, IBP solution expertise to design, build, test & deployment towards various client engagements. and demonstrated project management skills to develop detailed task plan towards timely completion of project milestones and demonstrated experience in a SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies. The candidate will manage client relationships, primarily with middle-management and will drive consensus on complex business solutions., demonstrated the capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements, and will provide industry subject matter expertise in Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, Supply planning processes of one or more industries (e.g. Consumer Products, Life Science). The candidate will possess SAP IBP solution implementation experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycles of projects, with client facing role and responsibility to direct other team members.We bring our global industrial-strength Application Management capabilities, modernized for a cloud world, together with our world-class cloud and mobile-powered Enterprise Application and Systems Integration skills. At least 3-4 years SAP Integrated Business Planning and Hana Cloud Platform-Integration Services solution design & implementation experience

At least 5 years of SAP Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) process and solution design & implementation experience

At least 2 year of knowledge and experience of Supply chain planning functions in S/4 Hana

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 3-5 years SAP Integrated Business Planning and Hana Cloud Platform-Integration Services solution design & implementation experience

At least 2 years of knowledge and experience of Supply chain planning functions in S/4 Hana

At least 8 years of SAP Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP) process and solution design & implementation experience

At least 5 years of full SAP/iBP ife cycle experience in

Functional & Technical solution design & development

Developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology

Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes

Test plan, scenario, & script development

UAT execution lead role for a specific area

Functional & Technical Workshop delivery

Training material development
