Services include comprehensive planning and advice, investment management, brokerage, private banking, estate planning strategies, trust, and both individual and institutional retirement.This position resides in the External Investment Manager (IM) Team within Investment Manager Relations (IMR), a part of Trust Operations. The External IM Team serves as the main liaison into Wells Fargo Trust Operations for the external investment manager community. Transactions are moderately complex to complex, requiring detailed communication and coordination with many other Trust Operations departments and business lines as well as requiring strong knowledge of unit functions and systems. Services include, but are not limited to: customer service, trade processing, reporting, reconciling, corporate action communication, fulfilling annual legal document requirements, inquiry research and resolution, management of exceptions, cash management, and process implementation. These IMs often utilize a straight-through processing method to communicate their fixed income and equity trades, but this team manually handles many specialized transactions such as repurchase agreements, physical &/or restricted securities, DWACs, and a variety of derivatives and corresponding collateral. Prudent management of the external IM relationship and their expectations is essential. Other duties include participating in departmental efforts and demonstrating initiative to provide successful support of our client base. Adherence to guidelines, procedures, and regulations is critical. This position works under minimal supervision.Note: Candidates for this position are unable to hold any Securities Licenses. If you have a license it will have to expireRequired Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center

Desired Qualifications:

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
