Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, preferred.
Minimum 4 years of analytic experience in a business systems applications and/or information technology environment, or equivalent combination of related higher education and experience.

• 5+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Architect or Developer.
• RPA experience
• Experience using SharePoint Online and/or Office365
• Experience with SharePoint Online Development
• Experience migrating SharePoint Data
• Experience migrating content from SharePoint Server on-premises to SharePoint Online
• Proficient with presentation and web communication tools.
• Experience working on, coordinating, and communicating on cross-team initiatives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to maintain a big-picture vision while defining very detailed requirements.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and experience in coordinating multi-component projects

Responsibilities:
Treasury Services (TRS) is seeking an experienced SharePoint Online Analyst to join our team. This role will lead the transition of our existing sites to SharePoint Online, develop new sites (as needed) and provide support/administration for existing sites. They will also have full responsibility for requirements, design, development, and documentation.

• Develop interactive forms and workflows using Microsoft Flow and Power Automate features on SharePoint Online sites.
• Experience with building modern SharePoint sites using out of the box features with an emphasis on modern design.
• Develop workflows using Power Automate Flow.
• Design and develop dashboards, and reports using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate when appropriate.
• Provide ongoing SharePoint administration services, including SharePoint site administration.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint problems and user community questions as necessary.
• Provide written recommendations and documentations for designs for enterprise deployments of SharePoint, as well as documentation of the solutions implemented.
