RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a Technical Product Manager.

Summary:
In this role, the Technical Product Manager partners closely with the business line(s) and Agile teams to drive the evolution of the assigned product(s). The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog to deliver on based on the vision and priorities. This person will provide constant feedback to the business line(s) and Agile teams in support of delivery and evolution of the product. The Technical Product Manager must develop a well-rounded understanding of the customer's needs that are aligned with business objectives as well as an ability to develop close relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Supports what products to make, ensuring those products get made and reporting back on how users respond to products
Depending on the company, can support all three functions together or any of these three functions
Often works with partners like engineering and design teams to strategically plan products and their development
Delivers Market Requirements Documents and Product Requirements Documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification
Works with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities runs beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples and becomes an expert with respect to the competition

REQUIREMENTS:
Standard industry certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner
Advanced ability to take product roadmap and collaboratively develop prioritized product backlog
Building effective partnerships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Well-developed ability to develop and articulate a product vision that supports outcomes, value and prioritization of work
Building effective partnerships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advanced ability applying solution, technology, and team focus
Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate with and empower teams working in an on-site or remote environment
Knowledge of IT standards, procedures, and policies
Knowledge of DevOps
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
