A successful Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager for our company will have experience as an Assistant General Manager or Assistant Manager in a high volume, full service restaurant with financial success of over $2.0 million in annual sales. As a part of our Management team, the Assistant General Manager and Assistant Manager will be responsible for all aspects of management including human resource needs, marketing, meet all levels of quality, service, and cleanliness of the restaurants. The team will ensure awesome customer service, develop and train all crew members, maintain staffing levels, employee schedules, profit and loss reports, and day to day operational excellence.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year management experience, and 3+ years of overall restaurant experience total. No more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years!
Full Service Restaurant Management experience preferred.
valid DL and reliable transportation required.
Must pass background check
