Burntside Lodge is a destination restaurant in Northern Minnesota serving food that is at once rustic and modern, accompanied by an off the beaten path wine list. Our menu is influenced by our travels and desire to delight our guests.
Ideal candidates will have strong beverage knowledge, including craft cocktails, beer, wine and spirits, along with a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
We serve dinner nightly, 6 days a week. Our season runs through the end of September.
This position is for the summer season and is located in a remote area in Northern Minnesota known for it's lakes and wilderness. The resort has been owned and operated by the same family for 78 years and we have a long tradition of excellence in providing our guests with dining and vacation experiences that exceed expectations.
