I am looking for a Lead Bartender/Server Front of the House Working Manager that will run the shift and work a position at the same time. This family owned restaurant is a great fun place to work, with a loyal customer base and great food and drink. This is a tipped hourly position, earning potential is upwards of $80,000 per year with tips and bonuses. Here is how you get to over 80K per year.....
15.00 Per Hour = 30,000 Per year
200.00 per day in tips 5 days per week, 50,000 per year
P&L Incentive bonuses

Connected Days off - 2 in a row every week.... You are paid hourly so you are not a labor saving device that works 100 per week enjoy your time off.
Closing shifts are out by 11 PM Week nights and Midnight on Friday and Saturday No Late Night hours....
Cleaners that do most of the deep cleaning......

Responsibilities
Run the shift. Be aware of what is going on, watching ticket times, serving guests and resolve any guest complaints or issues. Provide outstanding service and make sure every guest leaves happy,
Write the schedule weekly to achieve targeted labor.
Hire and Train Front of the house staff as needed currently we are fully staffed...
Communicate promotions, specials and other information to the staff before each shift
Complete tasks as assigned by the owners....
There is a Kitchen Manager that runs the back of the house, and ordering and vendor management is done by the Kitchen Manager. This positions is one that requires you to lead the shift wow the guest and teach others how to be great at what they do....
