Bread & Pickle is seeking KITCHEN STAFF for the 2019 season!
Kitchen Staff responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Food prep and set up cooking stations
Operate kitchen equipment like griddles, grills, deep fryers, and HUGE popcorn machines!
Cook menu items and specials in a high volume environment while ensuring that the food meets quality and 'ticket time' standards
Read order screen and work on multiple orders simultaneously
Qualifications/Skills: Reliable and responsible; strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented personality; previous quick-serve experience a plus, but we will hire and train the right person!
Must be able to tolerate a tight, high-volume, non-air conditioned work environment. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift and carry at least 50lbs. This is a seasonal position. Great hourly pay rate PLUS tips

What's Bread & Pickle?
It's the seasonal restaurant at Lake Harriet, located in the concessions building right next to the band shell. In addition to serving traditional favorites like popcorn and ice cream, we serve made to order burgers, sandwiches and sides from locally sourced ingredients.
