Monday- Friday, 30/hours per week and NO WEEKENDS
Pay is $13/hour plus pooled cash tip
We also offer PTO + gym access at all locations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL
Be responsible for building the best Vietnamese food creations Bếp has to offer.
Have great customer service skills while interacting with Bếp customers.
Be a rad team member that loves being a part of a team, and shines interacting with others.
Be responsible for speaking clearly and listening well to other Bếp team members and Bếp customers.
Be able to handle customer volume levels with ease and positivity.
Have the ability to follow instructions and menu creations.
Have the ability to be cross-trained in the kitchen and the line.
Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
PREFERRED SKILLS
No experience is required to become a pack member. However, if you have experience as a server, busser, bartender, cook, cashier or other customer service skills; your experience will not go unrecognized. Although we are a start-up restaurant, we have aggressive growth goals, and need talent to grow with us.
