Groundswell is an award-winning, women owned and operated local cafe in the heart of the Hamline-Midway neighborhood in St Paul. We serve third-wave coffee, in-house from-scratch baked goods, thoughtfully sourced and prepared cafe food, and local beer.
We're looking for an experienced and positive person to join our team as our front of house manager. Responsibilities include: overseeing all front of house operations, the training and ongoing development of servers and baristas, and the development and quality control of our coffee and beer/wine menus.
Qualified applicants are people-oriented, energetic, flexible, and can demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills. Previous coffee and restaurant experience as well as previous management experience are all strongly preferred.
