The Kitchen Manager manages staff and day-to-day kitchen operations including planning and managing the production and presentation of quality food in a cost effective, safe manner. You will also assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks.
Applicant should expect to work well in a team environment and be prepared to work with the Executive Chef & Sous Chef to operate a professional and efficient kitchen devoted to producing excellent and consistent culinary experiences.
