Applicants must be reliable, flexible, calm under pressure with an eager and positive attitude, and have open availability that includes weekends. Ability to prioritize tasks, remain focused, and work independently as well as collaboratively is a must as well as prior experience in a pastry role, open to receiving direction and feedback.
