The Hilton Minneapolis Hotel is in the center of the financial district and near cultural attractions downtown Minneapolis. We are seeking highly motivated people with a heart for service and attention to detail to join our Food & Beverage team! This is a Full-Time position, rotating schedules, working 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 11:00 to 7:30 p.m. or 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Weekends and Holidays required. *Hours may change based on business needs* Starting pay is $13.40 per hour, with vacation or paid time off (PTO), Health & Welfare benefit plans and Team Member and Family Travel Program! As a Server Assistant / Busperson, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repairStock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing areaRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.Assist in Room Service, as a Market Attendant, Busser, and BarbackWhat are we looking for?
