Main responsibilities are to:
1) Manage the hotline and or Cold Line
2) Cook all hot line items: Lamb, beef tenderloin, chicken, grilled vegetables, fryer including french fries, fried zucchini, fried eggplant.
3) Manage inventory for the line
4) prep for all hot line items
5) clean station
6) clean and maintain the Fryers as well as grills and ovens
7) Participate in offsite catering events
This position participates in Tip Pool sharing which averages an additional $3-5 / hour.
