Home Instead Senior Care-Edina is seeking dependable, compassionate individuals to provide top quality, 1:1 home care services for local seniors.
Current opportunities include:
PT Short Shifts, Weekday and Weekend Hours - Day, Afternoon and Evening. Design your own variable work schedule, choose the hours that work best for you! Assignments in Edina, Bloomington, Richfield, Eden Prairie and South Minneapolis.
Personal or Professional experience or certification is helpful but not required- comprehensive training and ongoing support provided by Home Instead Senior Care
CAREGiver duties include, but are not limited to:
Companionship and conversation
Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
Medication and appointment reminders
Incidental Transportation
Assistance with grooming and bathing
Assistance with toileting and personal care needs
Assistance with ambulation
Dementia and Alzheimers Care
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
Friendly, positive "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
Reliable vehicle with auto insurance and current Driver's License
