Cobbo, Inc. is looking to hire reliable, caring, part-time direct care employees (DSPs) for residential group homes working with adults with mental illnesses and intellectual disabilities in Plymouth, Crystal, and/or Golden Valley.
Currently we have part time overnight (10pm - 9 am) and weekend 3-10 shifts available.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Maintaining safe and sanitary COVID free environment by following Dept of Health guidelines
-Taking residents on activities in the community (shopping, baseball games, concerts)
-Assisting with daily living skills (showering, brushing teeth, making dinner, etc.)
-Administering and being knowledgeable of medications
-Running programs and monitoring behaviors
-Housekeeping
-Documenting daily activities, behaviors, and health concerns
-Cooking meals and monitoring nutrition of residents
-Empower, support and be an advocate for the residents you work with
Wages $13.50 - $14 depending on experience
Paid time off for ALL employees full or part time, dependent on hours worked.
Yearly Bonuses!
Requirements: Valid driver's license and able to pass a state background study.
Certifications preferred: CPR, 1st Aid, and Medication Administration
Paid training is provided for certifications if you don’t already have them.
Experience working with high behaviors is recommended.
