Integra Health Care, Inc. is looking for dependable and responsive Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Homemaker (HM)s to assist its clients in a warm and caring manner. We offer up to $13.50 / hour, part time and full time options, varying client responsibilities and exposure to many different care opportunities to help you gain valuable experience in the exploding health care profession.

We are currently in need of PCA / HMs to assist clients in the following locations:
Apple Valley:
- 71 Y/O male, PCA: Mon-Fri (9 AM - 3 PM), weekends may also be available
Bloomington:
- 42 Y/O female, PCA: 12.25 hours / week, HM: 4 hours / week
- 63 Y/O female, PCA: 5.5 hours / week, HM: 6 hours / week
- 83 Y/O female, PCA: 5 hours / day x 7 days / week
Burnsville:
- 10 Y/O male, School Year = PCA: 3.5 hours / day, Mon-Fri (3-6:30 PM)
Coon Rapids:
- 76 Y/O male, HM: 3 hours / week
Eagan:
- 12 Y/O female, School Year = PCA: 4 hours x 4 days / week, Fri (4-8 PM) + e/o Sat (1-5 PM) *flexible schedule*
- 17 Y/O male, School Year = PCA: 5.5 hours / day, Mon-Fri (7-9 AM + 4-6 PM), Summer Hours = Wednesdays (8/9 AM - 12/1 PM)
- 58 Y/O female, PCA: M,W,F 9am-12:45pm & Tues, Thurs 9am-1pm
- 78 Y/O female, PCA: 2.25 hours / day or 3.75 hours x 3 shifts a week
Faribault:
- 88 Y/O female, PCA: Mon-Fri (4-8 PM), Sat + Sun (8 hour shifts / each day)
Farmington:
- 16 Y/O male, PCA: During the school year Mon-Sun (2:15-6:15 PM)
- 66 Y/O male, PCA: 6 hours / day, HM: 6 hours / week *flexible schedule*
Hastings:
- 47 Y/O female, PCA / HM: 24 hours / week, Mon-Fri (5-6 AM + 4-6 PM)
- 80 Y/O female, PCA: 16 hours a day
Inver Grove Heights:
- 58 Y/O female, PCA: 21-28 hours / week
Lakeville:
- 14 Y/O male, PCA: School year- 3pm-8pm x two shifts a week. Occasional weekend hrs available.
- 14 Y/O female, PCA: 22 hours / day (7 days / week)
- 23 Y/O female, PCA: Tuesday + Thursday 4:30-8:30 PM
- 58 Y/O male, PCA: Mon-Sun (5:30/6-10 AM a/o 5:30-11 PM)
- 74 Y/O female, HM: 4 hours / week (Wednesdays)
- 80 Y/O female, HM: 3 hours / week
- 81 Y/O female, HM: 4 hours / week (1 day / week)
- 86 Y/O male, PCA: Mon. Wed. & Fri afternoons (4+ hour shifts)
- 89 Y/O male, HM: 8 hours / month *flexible schedule*
Mendota Heights:
- 78 Y/O female, PCA: 10.5 hours / day (8 AM start time)
Prior Lake:
-11 Y/O male, PCA: 5-8pm 3 nights a week
Rosemount:
- 52 Y/O female, PCA: Mon-Fri (9 AM - 2 PM) + e/o Thurs (9 AM - 2 PM)
- 67 Y/O female, HM: 3 hours / week
Shakopee:
- 76 Y/O female, 245D HM: 6 hours / week (Thursdays)
Shoreview:
- 50 Y/O male, PCA: Mon-Sun (9 AM - 1 PM) *flexible schedule*
St. Louis Park:
- 62 Y/O female, PCA: 8.75 hours / week, HM: 6.5 hours / week (Tues/Fri)
