Recruiting Manager
As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for all recruitment activities within our facility. You will be responsible for managing campaigns through an ATS JobDiva, assigning campaigns to the appropriate recruiting team members, managing the posting and advertisement decisions, prioritizing the campaigns, maintaining the recruitment scorecard and meeting the strategic time to fill goal. For this position, we prefer if you have a corporate recruitment background. This leadership role requires change management skills and continuing improvement abilities.
Our exciting, fast-paced environment is a good fit for candidates with excellent multi-tasking skills. In this position most of your time would be spent interacting with the directors and other managers, so exceptional communication skills are a must.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leading the recruiting process by providing excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in resume sourcing and cold calling prospective candidates
Providing strong customer service skills
Identifying resolution to issues and take actions
Consulting with sales team on skills and salaries required for newly created positions
Processing full cycle recruiting on potential candidates (from advertising, to screening and conducting telephone interviews)
Generating and present daily and monthly reports
Working in a fast paced environment, recruiting for numerous positions nationwide
Communicating with Directors and Hiring Managers the progress of campaigns
Managing campaigns and candidates utilizing an ATS
Education/Experience

BA/BS Undergraduate or Equivalent Experience.
