Twin City Lawncare & Landscape is seeking Lawn care crew crew members. Crews typically consist of 2 to 4 individuals. We are seeking both leaders and crew members.
Job Description:
-Operate commercial lawn care equipment including:
Drive truck and trailer to and from job sites
Zero turn commercial mowers
Gas powered trimmer
Gas powered backpack blowers
Gas hedge trimmers
Other miscellaneous equipment
-Must be able to life 50 Ibs. for short periods of time
-Must be ale to stand/walk for long periods of time
-Must be willing to work weekends if necessary
-Ideal candidate will have snow removal experience as well.
-Valid driver's license a plus
-Must be respectful and willing to take direction
-Must have attention to detail
This job requires a positive attitude and willingness to work in adverse conditions. Commercial grade mower experience is a plus, but we can and are willing to train the right individuals.
Pay:
Dependent upon experience with possible pay increase after 30 days of employment. $15 - $22 an hour paid weekly.
Hours:
Vary depending upon weather condition.
We schedule 40 hours minimum each week during the growing season. Overtime is available most weeks for highly motivated individuals.
Typical work week is Monday- Friday and some weekends may be required.
MN Certified Applicator's License is a HUGE plus but not required.
