Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electric, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience maintenance of apartments. On call required. This is a full time position. On call on a rotating basis. Background check required.
