Property Management company is looking to hire a full time supervisor of single family home maintenance work. You will supervise and work in the field servicing and managing maintenance calls, and supervising other maintenance independent contractors.
Strong maintenance experience required (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, General Appliance skills)
Must own a van, minivan, or truck. You are required to provide your own tools.
Please must live within 8-10 miles of Columbia Heights.
