POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Audi Minneapolis
is seeking a Transportation Attendant who provides superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the loaner vehicle process. The Transportation Attendant provides customer with appropriate vehicle selection and assists in making all transactions quick and efficient. The Transportation Attendant moves vehicles, shuttles customers and performs other duties in a safe and timely manner. The Transportation Attendant may describe available options, compute costs, and receive payment and accept returned loaner vehicles.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record
One year of customer service experience required
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions with or without reasonable accommodation
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and multi-task
