· Worked in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016/D365 UCI on premise or Online.
· Involved in various project activities like
o Blueprinting, Design thinking
o Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysis
o Solution Design and configurations
o Experience in Integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems
o Experience in integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronization
o Worked in latest D365 UCI
o Experience in Deployment architectures, Solutions, IFD/ADFS setup, Infrastructure sizing
o Data Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools
o DevOps on Azure or Jenkins
· Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources
· Should have a good understanding of CRM security model
· Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
· Highly proficient in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST)
· Goodproficiency in overall system and application architecture design
· Installation or Configuration knowledge of Dynamics CRM, Azure, SQL, Gateways
