1st Shift 6am - 2pm
Monday-Friday $16-$17/hr DOEEssential Duties:Experience in a Manufacturing production environment and understands the basic flow of component materials and finished products.Ability to operate a forklift truck to transport palatalized inventory on and off storage racking.Good counting, analytical and math skills.Ability to lift material/box quantities up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand of feet for long periods of time to complete count audits.Demonstrates good organization skills with a desire to improve inventory processes and achieve higher inventory accuracies.Ability to perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting and moving materials manually.Ability to communicate and interact with Manufacturing personnel including Inventory Planners, Cell Managers, Material Handlers and Production Employees.Ability to take direction from Inventory Analyst and Corporate Controller.Assist in monthly reference location audits.Position Requirements:Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenAbility to lift up to 50 pounds consistently and be on feet for long periods of timeAbility to bend/move freelyAbility to add and subtract, read written instructionsDesirable Qualifications:Knowledge/experience with inventory computer systems such as Oracle and/or SAP.Previous cycle counting experienceMicrosoft Excel experienceBenefits:Paid weekly$.50 increase after 6 months of employmentOpportunity for full-time positions and advancementReferral bonus program (tell a friend!)Benefits (pre-tax payroll deducted health care, dental, vision, life & short term disability)VOLT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
