Join a dynamic, rapidly growing sales office in this critical support role. As the sole EA for a busy leader, you will ensure the office runs smoothly, while handling some marketing, social media and recruiting tasks. This is more than your typical EA role: there is immense growth potential as the office is slated to double in the coming years. Here are the main responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: including, but not limited to:

- Updating Excel, PowerPoint and Word documents

- Prepare reports for staff meetings

- Manage incoming and outgoing communications including email and calendar

- Act as gatekeeper for calls and triage voicemails

- Book travel arrangements

- Send weekly, monthly and quarterly mailings

- Edit and distribute weekly motivational video for sales team

- Manage expenses

- Event planning and vendor coordination, including catering

2. Assist with recruiting efforts (we are always growing our sales force):

- Conduct screening interviews (5-10 per week)

- Greet and connect with candidates

- Schedule follow up interviews

- Keep candidates engaged through interview process

- Manage CRM for candidates

3. Marketing / Creative work:

- Marketing/Event coordination

- Photographs at events and post to social media

- Manage headshots

- Interface with event planner to Coordinate semi- annual Office Kickoff, Business meetings and celebration event

- Coordinate monthly social event with office

- Write inter-company press releases

- Organize city league sports teams for office participation
