Executive Communications Business AnalystLength of Assignment: estimated end date of 09/30/2019 (possibly longer)Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:45 PMPay Rate: $22 /hour or more, DOEOverview:This individual partners with the Executive Communications Consultant to create reports and presentations.The role ensures on-target and on-time delivery of drafts and final proofs consistent with the voice and tone of brand guidance. Expertise in Microsoft Office is essential to make client edits, create charts and graphs, and build messaging. Data analysis and strong application of data visualization skills will drive the creation of messaging within presentations and reports.The role must exhibit outstanding organization, client communication skills, and attention to detail in achieving the highest possible standards in client service.Required Skills:Expert Microsoft Office skills: MS Word and PowerPoint skills?Expertise in data analysis and data visualizationAbility to apply to reports, charts, dashboards, and presentations in Microsoft Office. Background or eye for designOutstanding attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal communication skillsAbility to be flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and independent, excelling in time management, organization, and prioritizationAble to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material/informationAdheres to brand standardsStrong understanding of brand standards/applicationProject Management experience a plusWhat you do as an Executive Communications Business Analyst:Provides Microsoft Office support (Excel and Word)

Partners with Exec Communications Consultant and ManagerProvides data visualization support to build charts and graphsBuild, format and edit Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations

Partners with the Exec Communications Consultant and Manager of Corporate Communications to gather requirements and develop PowerPoint presentationsProvides data visualization support to build charts and graphs within PowerPoint presentationsEdits content and provide formatting to templated PowerPoint slidesPartners with the Internal Marketing Agency to request images required for presentationsPartners with the Internal Marketing Agency Design team to schedule brand consistencyReview data analysis provided by project owners and apply data visualization brand guidance within templated materials

Strong understanding of data visualizationAbility to synthesize data provided by project owners and apply brand guidance to data visualization as neededFollow process to note and document exceptions to brand data visualization and communicate appropriatelyPartner with the Creative Project Manager and the Internal Marketing Agency to initiate project requests, image needs, brand review and template updates as needed

Confirm project deadlines to create brand review timelines within the Internal Marketing AgencySubmit image requests to the Internal Marketing Agency Design teamFacilitate the brand review with the Internal Marketing Agency Design teamProvide feedback and direction to update corporate-wide Microsoft Office templatesEdit and format branded Microsoft Office Word templates for use
