Jeane Thorne Staffing has a great temp to hire, full time position with a downtown Minneapolis law firm. As a Workflow - Intake Coordinator you will be playing an important role in a busy legal environment, making sure all work is prioritized correctly and completed accurately.
Workflow - Intake Coordinator Highlights:
$16/Hour
Temp-to-Hire
1st Shift / 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Workflow - Intake Coordinator Responsibilities:
Analyze and route incoming tasks to ensure they are completed on a timely and accurate basis
Coordinate, assign, distribute, and expedite workload for the data processing department
Accept incoming packages and inbound messenger services
Back up other positions in department as needed
Workflow - Intake Coordinator Requirements:
High School Diploma OR 3-6 years of administrative/ operational support in an office environment OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through comparable years of work
Must have advanced knowledge of technology to include computers and software programs
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet pressing deadlines
