We currently have an opening for a property manager for a 98 unit multi-site property. These apartment buildings are located in Stevens Square of Mpls, St. Anthony Park of St. Paul, and White Bear Lake with the Candidate splitting time between the Minneapolis Stevens Square and the White Bear Lake offices.
The candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maximize occupancy, collections, physical appearance and resident relations/services, supervise staff (assistant manager, maintenance).
Qualifications include 2+ years of property management experience or completion of a accreditation degree to include supervisory, Fair Housing, and leasing/sales skills excellent verbal and written skills,, experience with apartment turns and renovations, and excellent organizational, people, and computer skills. Knowledge of Appfolio management and experience in Student Housing management a plus.
This is a full time position that will require some evening or weekend work. This position offers a competitive compensation package.
