We are looking for somebody with the following capabilities:
Highly Independent and a Licensed Agent preferred
Attend Networking Events: SPAAR, MAAR, Metro YPN, Network After Work, Chamber
Recruiting Agents
Organize Office Work
Creating and Organizing Events
Compensation: Profit Sharing. Commission for new agents hired. 100% Commission with a transaction fee.
This position is very flexible but will require heavy networking and recruiting. Continue to grow your Real Estate business as well.
