The ideal candidate is someone looking for a long-term career and is eager to be a part of our growing team! Your main responsibility facilitating interactions with customers in a way that is in accordance with the Company's service delivery strategy. You will establish rapport and promote effective relationships. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls regarding technical questions and problem resolution related to Comcast products as well as customer equipment. In some circumstances, you could handle billing overflow calls.
