Elsa's House of Sleep is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate/Receptionist. Individual must be reliable and flexible, positive, warm, approachable, and always professional.

Sales Associate
Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, callers and always provide exemplary customer service. Must able to assist with in store sales, as well as work effectively as an administrative support in accordance with established operating procedures.
Job Functions Duties and Responsibilities
1. Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
2. Answer the telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual
3. Perform various administrative duties as directed by supervisor
4. Assist customers as floor sales associate.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Dedicated to customer service
2. Ability to effectively relate to customers
3. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept constructive criticism.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word)
6. Retail sales, and cross sale products
7. record keeping.
8. Point of Sale knowledge
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or GED
Prefer at least one-year experience in a clerical position

M-Sat., 10AM – 4PM,
