We are currently interviewing for part time openings. Basic positions in customer sales and service. Primary responsibilities include working with customers, answering questions, and writing up any orders. There is no cold calling & no cost to start.
What is the pay and what are the hours?
The pay is $17.00 base-appt and itâs not based on sales or results. Which means even if someone doesnât sell anything, they would still get paid. We work on appointment basis to provide flexibility and consistency. Our student workers are able to schedule work around vacations/classes/work schedules. Some conditions apply. Incentives are available and would be discussed with those who are invited in for an interview.
What kind of experience do you look for in an applicant?
There is no experience is required to apply. Since the position involves working with people, we do find that people who have experience as a server, golf caddy, cashier, hostess, salon receptionists, fast food worker, call center operator, or in retail do well with our company. Even if someone doesnât have any prior experience, 98.6% of students say their communication skills improve while working with us.
How do I interview for the position?
All ages 18 & older can request an interview by filling out the contact information. Once we received the information, a receptionist will send you text about coming in to meet with the manager. We find that this is a lot easier and faster for our applicants (since everybody always has their phones on them).
