This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a small, women-owned marketing company that has a national footprint. Join a well-trained, collaborative sales team in this integral relationship-buildling role. Your contacts will be with businesses nationwide that use the comapny's marketing products to grow their own businesses. Here's a snapshot of the job:

Essential Duties:

- Follow the daily sales schedule in accordance with the Sales Manual.

- Monitor Open Order report to stay on top of all territory orders in the system.

- Set and accomplish contacting goals.

- Develop new and high volume customers.

- Complete bids/quotes in a timely manner.

- Provide detailed projections to the Sales Supervisors: weekly, monthly, quarterly.

- Gather the necessary information to properly transition all orders into the Operations Department.

- Provide immediate follow-up: phone calls, e-mails, bids, quotes, issues, etc.

- Notify Sales Supervisors of all customer issues.

Requirements:

- Customer service (phones, email, pricing and products)

- Systems: Sales systems and operations checkpoints

- Technical: Microsoft AX and Office Suite

- Experience: Self-motivated, high-volume contacting, and qualifying opportunities
