Countrywide Contracting is hiring Roofing, siding, gutter, solar sales reps. We have been in business since 2003. We have a A+ rating with the BBB. We are Gaf certified and Owens Corning preferred contractor. We have Shirts, Hats, signs, truck decals, great presentation folders with all the tools needed to sell. We provide telemarketing leads and fb leads but your own lead generation is required as well. There are many resources out there to generate leads other then knocking doors. Go getters find them. We have been doing insurance restoration work for 18 years and have the right people to keep up in a storm environment. We pay a 10% 50/50 split to experience guys and 10% of total contract to any new hires with no experience.
We use Acculynx for tracking of all jobs and roofsnap to measure roofs for easy estimate writing on the spot if needed.
