Position Overview:
Mauzy Properties is searching for ambitious sales representatives who want to pursue a rewarding career in the real estate industry. MP will be investing in you, as our sales training program includes pay and benefits. MP also offers tuition reimbursement for your real estate licensing education.
The successful candidate(s) will have a direct opportunity to learn and work alongside experienced real estate agents and property managers. Learning how to lease homes, signup new owners, as well as standard buying and selling of real estate.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business primarily through phone calls with warm leads
Educate new clients about the services we offer
Schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective clients for licensed real estate agents
Attend and participate in sales meetings
Shadow real estate agents to learn property leasing, buying and selling
Ideal Candidate:
Eager to learn and develop professionally
Ability to thrive in a team environment, while working closely with management
Has phone skills and etiquette that allow them to communicate effectively on the phone
Committed to punctuality; strong business acumen, supported by values and integrity
Has excellent written and spoken English
Wants to become a licensed real estate agent
Requirements:
High School Diploma or greater
Must maintain an active drivers license, along with routine access to a vehicle
