Local Commercial Janitorial and Facility Services Company has an immediate opening for a Telemarketing Lead Generator.
The Telemarketer / Lead Generator is responsible for working in tandem with the Outside Sales team to schedule their critical appointments to close business. This opportunity is available for part-time employee. This position requires making 150-200 outbound calls a day, conducting light research to locate the decision maker, and doing follow-up calls as needed to further the customer relationships.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in making outbound sales calls, has basic computer skills, and is team oriented, yet can thrive working autonomously.
Duties and Responsibilities for Telemarketing Lead Generator include:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling & lead follow-up
- Set up appointments for the Outside Sales team
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and build rapport
- Collaborate with sales leadership to further develop leads and close business opportunities
- Other duties as needed for success
- Keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database records up to date
Requirements for Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter Include:
- High school diploma
- Outbound business-to-business (B2B), appointment setting experience a plus
- Experience with CRM tool preferred
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Desire for continued growth and learning

- Competitive compensation ($12-$14/hr + Spiff + Commission)
