We are looking for Guest Service Team Members for our New Location in Minnentonka.

Summary of Position Our ideal candidate will be the face of our location while working on all aspects of guest services and reception. This individual will help to create a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests while being a resource to guests and service providers.
Experience Level Salon experience is preferred but we are willing to train and mentor the right person.
Shifts available - We have full and part time positions available. Some nights and Saturdays will be required. We are closed on Sunday and Monday.
Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
A warm, friendly, compassionate personality is a must
Ability to interact in a positive productive manner while fostering a team-based environment.
Willingness to take initiative and multi-task when needed.
Computer skills including MS office, excel and others as needed
Millennium software experience is a PLUS but not required
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting guest and checking them in as needed
Provide a salon tour to all new guests, escort them to the waiting area and offer them a beverage before their service.
Perform confirmation calls on upcoming services and offer add-on services during call.
Check out guests as needed remembering to assist in pre-booking appointments, suggesting and retail items and closing out the service ticket.
Answer incoming phone calls, book appointments, capture guest data and enter it into our database.
Make follow up calls to new guests within 24 hours of 1st visit.
Handle cash transactions and able to make bank deposits.
Attend all training, education and meetings as required.
Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. This includes following our dress code and professional looking hair and make up.
Retail and Waiting Area
Stock retail shelves as necessary when product is low
Clean retail shelves as needed on a daily basis
Responsible for knowledge of all products we carry as well as ongoing education of any and all new products we bring on.
Monitor and refill beverage station items as needed
Watch and help maintain overall cleanliness of Salon and bathrooms.
Education/Training
High school diploma or equivalent
Aveda training or cosmetology license preferred but not required
Physical requirements while performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to:
Walk, sit, bend and squat
Talk and hear
Grab, pull and bend items
Lift and/or carry up to 50lbs
View items and close and long range
Stand for extended periods of time.
